The Jilson Groups Rolls Forward with the Introduction of their Single Wheel Nylon Caster

Lodi, NJ - The Jilson Group has built their reputation by creating unique, high-end casters that can be customized to their customers needs. Just ask Lloyd Astmann, President of The Jilson Group.

"While our specialty will always include hard-to-find items, we will continue to supply, design or custom fabricate the high quality casters and related products which our customers require." Now the Jilson Group has built on this notion with the introduction of their Single Wheel Nylon Caster.

The single wheel casters are typically used on equipment that requires long lasting, attractive casters with a very positive locking brake. They create an attractive look for displays and store fixtures.

What Makes These Casters So Special?
Jilson has moved ahead of the competition by incorporating a wheel with a nut and bolt axle, which provides for greater ease of cleaning. Their competitors use riveted axles.

Should the casters become scratched, the nylon material prohibits rusting. The appearance of Jilson's single wheel casters will not deteriorate and they will always keep their attractive look.

These casters, with load capacities up to 220lbs., come in the standard color, grey. However, custom colors are available subject to a minimum order quantity.

What Makes These Casters Different?
They have an attractive look and come in a variety of sizes: 4, 5 or 6 inches. In addition, they also differentiate themselves from the competition by providing a wide variety of mounting types and tire materials.

Mounting types include top plate, hollow kingpin, pin, expanding, and threaded stems.

Available tire materials are grey rubber, nylon, polyurethane and thermoplastic rubber. In addition, thread guards are available on most wheels.

Overall, Jilson has been around long enough to know what their customers need. "We've had more than a quarter century of experience putting the world on wheels," states Astmann. "We expect these new product lines to give us even more opportunity to keep our customers rolling smoothly. After all, we go to extremes to make things move."
